Between our two principals, we have over 100 years of experience in affordable housing. This experience extends to virtually every aspect of federal financing including 202, 811, 236, Section 8, 202 PRAC. Because we have worked with local municipalities, housing authorities and housing utilities, we are very comfortable with the challenges that public purchasing can present. Hillcrest Management has also worked with the NJHMFA in both traditionally financing and low-income Housing Tax Credits. Additionally, we have developed and managed complex subsidy layering deals. Our experience even includes financing projects with non-traditional, private purpose municipal bonds.
Along with the NJHMFA, we co-authored the original creation of the LIHTC compliance monitoring for the State of New Jersey. We sit on the Management Task force for the NJHMFA and serve on the Executive Council of the New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association; speaking regularly at both their conferences. Finally, we have acted as Feature speakers at both the National Spectrum Tax Credit compliance seminar and the New Jersey Governor's Housing Conference.

We successfully manage 12 properties and counting, while also consulting on legislation and maintaining an excellent relationship with clients, tenants and staff.
